You see, my dears, I am a Bonnaroo fanatic and this will be my fourth excursion to the fields of the blessed. I maintain a state of delighted anticipation the entire year ‘twixt Roos—it is, for a creature such as myself, the ultimate catharsis; the chance to wallow in creative pleasure and make an utter spectacle of myself. The chance to dress up in costume and hand out candy to a plethora of fascinating strangers whilst listening to amazing music comes along only once a year, and I relish it to the fullest.
I look forward to it so much that I want to share my experiences with you all. This will be the Huxley King Bonnaroo 2009 headquarters—you’ll be able to download exclusive HuxLux Bonnaroo designs for your iPhone and computer, read my write-ups of my favorite moments from the festival, and see the awesome pics I’ll be taking with any fucking cool campers that strike my fancy. (Who knows? It could be you, my little chickadee!)
It promises to be a stellar year; the lineup is dreamy and my droogs and I have been planning our creative donations to the atmosphere for months. So be sure to check back often in the weeks that follow—Hux is going to have plenty to say.
